Cooperativismo de crédito é destaque durante o maior congresso de Crédito do país


A Serasa Experian e a CMS, líder mundial na integração de executivos de Crédito e Cobrança, uniram forças para potencializar o crescimento do cooperativismo de crédito brasileiro.  Juntas promoveram, no último dia 10 de novembro, o Fórum Nacional de Cooperativismo de Crédito, que ocorreu durante o 11º Congresso Nacional de Crédito e Cobrança, o maior evento do ciclo de crédito na América Latina.

Grandes nomes desse mercado participaram do Congresso, que  reúne, anualmente, em São Paulo, cerca de 1500 líderes para discutir as estratégias, melhores práticas e promover o networking e geração de negócios nessa indústria. Em 2015, o evento abriu, pela primeira vez, suas portas para a discussão do cooperativismo de crédito, reconhecendo a importância do segmento como potencial no mercado.

Para isso, foram convocados grandes nomes a integrar o Fórum, que discutiu em sua programação as perspectivas, oportunidades e particularidades desse mercado, levando em conta o desafio da expansão do modelo cooperativista pelo Brasil com maior eficiência de gestão. Segundo Rafael Pebe, diretor de Vendas da Serasa Experian, apesar de a participação no sistema financeiro ser de 3%, o horizonte do cooperativismo é amplo e promissor, a exemplo de países como França, Alemanha e Holanda. A prova é a média de crescimento anual (20%) no Brasil, acima da registrada no mercado tradicional de crédito (13%)  “No Brasil, que é um país de dimensões continentais, há regiões em que somente existem cooperativas de crédito, que fazem o seu papel no desenvolvimento econômico. O cooperativismo fomenta o empreendedorismo e tem isso como parte do seu DNA. É um círculo virtuoso, já que a cooperativa ajuda alguém a ser produtivo e levantar seu negócio, e o negócio prospera, revertendo benefícios para a própria cooperativa”.

Edson Nassar, CEO do Sistema Sicredi, ressaltou no debate máster do evento a importância não só econômica, mas social que o cooperativismo vem adquirindo para o desenvolvimento de pequenos municípios, além das diferenças que encontram para a expansão nos grandes centros. “Nas pequenas cidades as cooperativas crescem porque as pessoas participam. Já nos grandes centros as cooperativas enfrentam dificuldades, por isso precisam implementar ferramentas para não perderem recursos de crédito. Ou seja, o grande ponto para as cooperativas em cidades grandes é fazer com que o público tenha o sentimento de pertencer à cooperativa”.

Para Paulo Antônio Ribeiro, Superintendente Executivo de Crédito do Bancoob, “o sistema cooperativo é regulado por uma lei complementar que cria uma governança capaz de gerar condições para que o sistema se fortaleça cada vez mais e tenha condições de crescer com sustentabilidade. Isso porque no cooperativismo o ponto mais importante é a credibilidade e a confiança, já que é disso que cooperativa vive: são pessoas que confiam em pessoas. E a manutenção dessa credibilidade está sustentada em alguns princípios importantes, entre eles a questão de fazer a melhor aplicação dos recursos que são colocados à disposição da cooperativa”.

Pablo Salamone, presidente da CMS, informa que “o encontro gerou grandes oportunidades de a indústria de crédito perceber o cooperativismo como um promissor cliente e provedor do sistema financeiro. Com base nisso, nossa perspectiva é ampliar nossa relação e aproximação de modo que essa seja apenas a primeira experiência em termos da união do mercado tradicional com o cooperativismo”.
