Quando chega o fim do mês, sempre vem aquele frio na barriga. Quer dizer que as contas estão chegando. E uma das piores situações que enfrentamos é a de não conseguir administrar corretamente os recursos financeiros e honrar com todos os nossos compromissos, não é verdade?

Tendo educação financeira pode-se combater esse problema com duas abordagens: a preventiva (evitar a situação de endividamento) e a repressiva, e mais dura, que consiste na adoção das medidas necessárias como corte de despesas, venda de ativos, substituição de empréstimos por outras operações com menores custos financeiros, etc. Listo aqui cinco dicas de como o comportamento pode te ajudar a ter maior controle sobre as finanças.

 

1.    Previna-se

Quando se trata de cuidar do equilíbrio financeiro pessoal, o caminho preventivo é a melhor saída. Isso porque todas as ações desenvolvidas, quando se está em situação financeira de emergência, são mais difíceis, uma vez que o equilíbrio emocional e o prazo curto para se conseguir novas fontes de renda pressionam as pessoas a adotarem medidas emergenciais, que podem ser prejudiciais ao patrimônio da família. Um exemplo é que muitas famílias recorrem a venda de seus imóveis para quitar dívidas. Vale a pena reservar um dinheiro do seu orçamento para se resguardar de possíveis acontecimentos desagradáveis.

 

2.    Estude sobre educação financeira

Vejo que muitos educadores financeiros têm focado em questões técnicas como, por exemplo, o uso de planilhas de orçamentos, na hora de orientar as pessoas. De fato, a preocupação deveria ser anterior a isso, no sentido de se buscar antes dessa fase a mudança real do comportamento dos consumidores. É preciso buscar conhecimento sobre como lidar com seu dinheiro.

 

3.    Não aceite todas as promoções

O consumidor, embora tenha seus direitos resguardados legalmente, é vitimizado quase que diariamente por centenas de estímulos de marketing para gastar dinehiro. As empresas trabalham no limite da legalidade. São ofertas de promoções, que acabam sendo péssimas para o consumidor que compra sem cautela coisas que não precisa ou não quer. Aí, consequentemente, surgem as dívidas.

Não acredite em todas promoções, seja diligente ao verificar os pontos positivos e negativos de todas as compras, não aceite ser pressionado com a estratégia do marketing de dizer que há poucos produtos (escassez) ou de que a promoção termina hoje (senso de urgência). Você compra se quiser e nem toda oferta pode ser boa pra você.

 

4.    Não pegue empréstimos

O consumidor deve passar a adotar uma postura mais defensiva quando lida com o seu equilíbrio financeiro, pois aquelas pessoas que ofertam empréstimos fáceis no mercado, são as primeiras pessoas que irão processá-lo judicialmente, quando houver inadimplência.

 

5.    Tenha equilibrio financeiro

Zele pelo seu equilíbrio financeiro como um guardião de um castelo, porque se os exércitos do endividamento invadirem sua vida, você e sua família serão afetados com isso. Comportamento é tudo quando se trata de manter o equilíbrio financeiro. Fique atento com isso. Sua família vai agradecer!

Com disiplina e conhecimento você poderá ter maior controle sobre seu dinheiro e não o contrário.
